Course Description
Wetlands can be present on any parcel. The course is designed to assist appraisers with addressing wetlands in the appraisal process. The goal of this course is to teach appraisers how to identify the basic criteria of a wetland, understand which organizations have jurisdiction over wetlands, and what are the laws associated with them. By the end of the presentation, participants will know how to recognize if wetlands will have an impact on the value of a property and what resources are available to find more information for their appraisal

Event Information
Registrants need to send a copy of their Driver's License prior to the program and then be present in video for the duration of the two hour program which runs from 1:30PM to 3:30PM with instruction starting PROMPTLY at 1:3P0PM. Attendees will be admitted from the waiting room around 1:20PM. The Zoom link will be email out the day before the program.
Following Appraiser Qualifications Board minimum criteria requirements, 100% ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPRAISAL INSTITUTE EDUCATION PROGRAMS. Students should not be late or leave early or not be seen in video mode.
