Topics include market analysis, AMC bidding, assignment timing, revision requests, and handling prospective or hypothetical interests in complex appraisal work. The second half, led by experienced rural appraisers, explores the distinctions between production, recreational, and trophy ranches, valuation of diverse land mixes, carrying capacity analysis, and the use of federal and state lands.
