Welcome to the beautiful west coast of Florida!
Our goal is to be a national leader in appraisal education; to promote a spirit of friendship among our designated members, candidates, practicing affiliates and affiliates, and to create an atmosphere of professional pride, outstanding achievement and success for our members, candidates, practicing affiliates and affiliates and their firms. Our chapter now includes 36 counties on the gulf coast and panhandle of Florida and is now the largest Florida chapter. The combined chapter territory extends from Collier County in southwest Florida to Escambia County at the western panhandle boundary of the state.
