Wyoming, North Dakota & South Dakota Chapter

Welcome to the WyDak Chapter of AI

For over 90 years, the Appraisal Institute has served as the nation's largest professional organization of real estate appraisers. As a part of this professional association, our chapter aims to do our part to help the Appraisal Institute achieve its mission to empower valuation professionals through community, credentialing, education, body of knowledge and ethical standards.

This website has been developed to provide information to designated members, associate members, and affiliate members as well as the public about what the Appraisal Institute offers including designation programs, educational offerings, advocacy efforts and publishing endeavors. It also serves as a directory to help consumers find appraisers in their local area.
